Problem with layout. How to position things

HI,
I’m looking for a best way to code something like below (red area can be but it has 2 green buttons that are moved away. ). In html/css red could be just relative element, and green buttons would have position absolute for example. But in nativescript this will not work.
Anybody has ideas how to code this properly ?

It would be quite easy with absolutelayout, but whooops…
