Is there a difference between CamelCase and dash-separated element notation in view xml files?

I’m a bit confused. I played with NS a while last year, and we always used camel-cased element types in the views. It always was or . Now, I am trying to build an app, and I started with the Typescript & Drawer template, and I see everything there is noted with the dash.

Is that a change from the recommended style? What’s the difference in the end?

No difference, all preference
