Installation on Mac link not exist anymore

#1

I want to install tns in mac, and the doc said run this:

ruby -e “$(curl -fsSL https://www.nativescript.org/setup/mac)”

But the link is now broken, I can not access.

Anyone has the correct link?

Thanks

Please help, I need the link.

Yesterday I opened a bug report here:

#3

The page link doesn’t exist.

install brew:

/usr/bin/ruby -e “$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)”

then node:

brew install node@6

then the install:

npm install -g nativescript

if you get npm not found error:

sudo chown -R $(whoami) $(npm config get prefix)/{lib/node_modules,bin,share}

or, try:

sudo chown -R $(whoami) /usr/local

then run: brew link node

or

brew link --overwrite node

might be worth giving:

brew doctor

a run to see what it reports.

when installing nativescript via cli, don’t install the android sdk, if you do and install android studio, you’ll have 2 confusing install locations and the emulator won’t run (i have the fix for this, need to check my mac)
install android studio first

if you make any changes to your bash_profile, don’t forget to reload:

source ~/.bash_profile
