I started the nativeScript tutorial for android, but on the build, i have this error:
FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.
Where:
Build file ‘C:\Desarrollo\nativescript-app\HelloWorld\platforms\android\build-tools\android-static-binding-generator\build.gradle’ line: 63
What went wrong:
Execution failed for task ‘:asbg:generateInterfaceNamesList’.
Could not get unknown property ‘jarFiles’ for project ‘:asbg’ of type org.gradle.api.Project.We occasionally get similar reports from users who are trying out NativeScript, but we are still uncertain what it could be, as we are unable to reproduce it locally.
Please provide the following information:
What version are your build tools?
What’s the latest Platform SDK installed in the Android SDK? (26, 27?)
What are the versions of the nativescript components in your project? tns info
What command did you execute?
I had the same problem after adding some gradle flags as described in https://zeroturnaround.com/rebellabs/making-gradle-builds-faster/, namely:
org.gradle.parallel=true
in my ~/.gradle/gradle.properties configuration file. Removing this flag allowed my android platform to build normally again.
