I’m just getting started with both Angular and NativeScript. I have a simple Angular web application. I want to build an application with a single common code base that works in Angular, IOS, and Android. How realistic is this? Is there a working example that does this?
Here’s the codebase for the sample Groceries app which uses nativescript angular: https://github.com/NativeScript/sample-Groceries/tree/master/app
You’ll see that model and service code (everything within the ‘shared’ directory) should be reusable between your NS app and your angular web app. Your component code and templates will need to be implemented separately between mobile app and web app.
Thanks Nick. We were hoping the shared code could be more than that, but it’s still going to be much better than completely independent development.
